Sır mı, o da ne?
Sitemde bulunan Sır (The Secret) kitabı, filmi ile ilgili tüm yazılar Telif Haklarına aykırılık nedeniyle kaldırılmıştır. AÅŸağıdaki mesajı aldıktan sonra tüm ilgili yazılar sonsuza dek kaldırıldı. Zaten kitap Türkiye’ye gelmeden aylar önce ben bu yazıları yayınlamıştım. Kitap ile ilgili düşüncelerimi de rahatça belirteyim ÅŸimdi. Adamların reklamını bedavaya yaptık, 200′den fazla yorum ile satışlarına destek olduk; saçma sapan konusunu, berbat çevirisini, insanları kandıran kurgusunu belirtmek isteyerekten tüm bu yazdıklarımın ÅŸahsi fikrim olduÄŸunu beyan ederim. KiÅŸisel günlüğüm ya haber vermeden cart diye silinecek ya da son zamanlarda çok sık görmeye baÅŸladığımız “Bu siteye eriÅŸim mahkeme kararıyla engellenmiÅŸtir. - T.C. Fatih 2.Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi 2007/195 Nolu Kararı gereÄŸi bu siteye eriÅŸim engellenmiÅŸtir.” yazısıyla karşılanacaksınız.

Our client is aware of that you are hosting the website www.ehcrea.com on your server.
Said website publishes the film THE SECRET with Turkish subtitles, displays/uses the trademarks stated above and publishes parts from the book THE SECRET without the authorization of our client. As is known, the film can be published neither in Turkish and/or Turkish subtitles nor in different languages and/or with subtitles in different languages without the prior consent of our client and meanwhile the trademarks can not be used in any venue and the parts from the said book can not be published without the prior consent of the client. The opposite will be infringement of the client’s trademark rights and copyright.
The said publications and usage infringes our client’s rights and causes material damages.
Our client would be prepared to find an amicable settlement providing that you
1-Immediately delete the website www.ehcrea.com
We expect to receive confirmation of your undertaking with written proof within the next 7 (seven) days.
Otherwise our client will have no other possibility than suing you in order to protect its rights
We remain at the disposal of your legal advisor.

Aylardır baÅŸka bir siteden baÄŸlantı verdiÄŸim video’ya eriÅŸim saÄŸlanamamaktaydı, bu durumda medya kaynağı olan baÅŸka siteye durumu bildiren bir mesaj gönderilmeliydi. Zaten o dandik kitap ile açtığım baÅŸlıkları yazdığıma piÅŸman olmuÅŸtum, silmek için iyi bir nedenim oldu. (Saçma sapan yorumlardan sonra…) Para tuzağı kardeÅŸim almayınız!
